The merchants are brave enough to stand up alone without help from other unaffected merchants to these idiots who know the laws, but fully abused them in the open place.

This kind of abuse by the officials with law coming out from their mouths and changing all the times has existed in Cambodian society for a long time with impunity because of the lack of solidarity between the ordinary Cambodians.
You could see how anger was exploited during the KR that led to so many unnecessary killings and destruction in the country.
Their resistance is to be commended. What we need is to help each other educate Cambodians, especially in this case, other merchants to come forward as a group to help the affected merchants when they see that injustice is being committed by the law enforcing people.
In the western countries, Mr. Provincial Deputy Prosecutor will be contacted and interviewed immediately by the news agencies, other reporters and totally resisted by the common people as a group when such a shameful illegal act is committed and he will not get away with such a behavior!
I am so much disturbed by the injustice while watching this video!

The high official in Stoeng Treng has no name.
He is ordering the salesmen and saleswomen taking their things out
of the place.
The polices did not show paper from
the high official,but they asked
them to remove all their things out.
The Yuon high officials in Cambodia
could speak Khmer pretty well.
3:06 AM, this is intimidation that all Khmer are facing every day.
The guy in white shirt served the court order to the venders to take the merchandise to their office.
-The venders asked for court order, the white shirt did not have.
-The vendors asked for the name of the judge, the white shirt did not have.
During the whole incident, the white shirt intimidated the vendors 3 times: Took the picture of the vendors, told another guy to bring force to take the vendors to the office which the vendors told him not to worry, he would drive there himself.
Then the white shirt threatened to handcuff the vendor for no reason other than he lost the war of words.
I witnessed this kind of thing when I visited Cambodia firsthand when it happened to my own family while I was there.

This official guy shows up and order some workers he hired to confiscate the merchandises from that vendor. Then he arrogantly refuses to say his name and on top of it he snottily wants the videotaping person handcuffed and arrested. This is outrageous. If this Hun Sen's official is following the rules of law, then he would have to be a professional and not be a gangster like this. I think this official is a fake one because he refuses to tell his name and show the court letter to confiscate the merchandises. This is an abuse of power and Hun Sen's official is a gangster.
What I don't understand is this: How can this "official" refuse to give out his name? If he is hiding his name then it means that he could be a fake. Why does he hire some common workers and not the police to do the work. This is clearly a fishy situation. We need to investigate this ganster officer and remove him from office. Hun Sen's officials are gangsters.

The guy is clearly a using hiw power of authority, intimidating vendors, threatening to arrest without charges, using demeaning language like AH Hun Sen.
Why do you DUMB Khmer keeps voting for CPP? Stop voting for CPP, DUMB Khmer.
