I don't think the picture gives Mr. Heng Soy a fair deal as far as his name is concerned.
Let us say that I am willing to take the position of School of Vice for a 50% Heng and a 50% Soy, that would still give Mr. Heng Soy a better-looking picture than the one you have posted.
