Why so many pictures of this Tea Vinh and his family members on the newspaper and in this website. Why is there so much attention directed toward this person. What's the purpose? Who is he. Why is he important to Cambodian society? Is he a crook or a hero? How does he get his money? Who does he know? Who are his connections to this rich life? Can anyone give us his biography? Is he being use as a chess pawn by his superior?
