Suspicious meeting with the participation of Vietnamese officials in Svay Rieng town
At least 100 vehicles bearing Vietnamese license plates of VN government officials came to a Saturday morning through lunch meeting at Svay Rieng town. Cambodian officials vehicles can also be seen there, some of them bear the label "NCDD" or "គជអប" (in Khmer). The NCDD stands for "National Committee for Sub-national Democratic Development (NCDD)"and it is an inter-ministerial mechanism for promoting democratic development through decentralization and deconcentration reforms throughout Cambodia. On Saturday 07 April 2012 at approx. 11:30 AM, a meeting was organized in Svay Rieng province with the participation of at least 100 cars bearing Vietnamese license plate. Some of the Cambodian cars bear the label NCDD:

Is Svay Rieng already a Vietnamese province? If not why the Banana kingdom’s law works only in favor of the Viet? The Viet can drive their cars into Cambodia but the Khmer cannot drive their cars into Vietnam. Ah Hun Sen what have you done to the Khmer and Cambodia.

Not secret anymore. the meeting between the puppets and the master before it was secret, and it waa done not openly but now it is time to do it openly.
So it is time for all Khmer to wake up or continue to sleep?
I can't believe you guys don't know about this. It's an annual thing with Chea Sim throwing a Khmer new year party, where all the best looking Khmer girls come to serve Yuon officials.
We must stop the Viets. One easy way right now is to support, promote or even joint an opposition party. The biggest and best opposition party is by far SRP. There are some " Khmers " who benefit directly or indirectly from CPP, are trying to discredit or destroy SRP, for their personal gains.
