Hun Xen's demagoguery

Hun Sen Warns of Danger in Leadership Change

Tuesday, 15 May 2012
Kong Sothanarith, VOA Khmer | Phnom Penh
A singular leader will lead the country to dictatorship.
As campaigning for commune elections kicks off, Prime Minister Hun Sen warned Tuesday that Cambodia would face unnamed dangers if there were any change of leader.

Speaking at a Buddhist ceremony three days after the official start of campaigning for June’s local elections, Hun Sen said Cambodia’s “traditions and customs were destroyed” by a change in regime once already (sic!), a reference to the Khmer Rouge.

He lauded the ruling Cambodian People’s Party and its role in protecting Cambodia’s traditional monarchy and disparaged other parties who use royalty to find voter support.

Yim Sovann, a spokesman for the opposition Sam Rainsy Party, said Hun Sen was using the public speech to threaten voters. “A singular leader will lead the country to dictatorship,” he said.

The dangerous is for Elite groups, included your clans, not for poor Khmer people at all.

Millions of Khmer people as Heroes will slit this Viet dog anytime just like Syria that has been erupting lately.

This Viet dog, Hun Sen, talks stupidly and blindly without knowing that. His CPP bodyguards will be destroyed by the millions of Khmer heroes.

This stupid Viet dog dares to keep going with the mouthpiece of Yuon/Vietnamese shits or poops.

His 15.000 bodygards will broke down when all Khmers wake up, 50% of them will run to Khmers back and the rest we be hunting by khmers (former Khmer soldiers, KR and farmers). The time will be come soon.

What is Hun Sen talking about quote" Tradition and customs were destroyed: by a change in regime.

The fact is Cambodian tradition has been well and truely destroy by Hun Sen and CPP. Hun Sen alone with the helps of CPP officials has driven many Khmer people to homelessness and helplessness it a continuation from the KR period.

So under Hun Sen what is left for future Cambodian/Khmer People. The answer is little to nothing.

Let looks at Hun Sen's acheivement over the 30 years in power:
He have successfully increase debts
He have successfully detroy our forest or what is left of it.
He have successfully given Vietnam more of Khmer territories
He have successfully allow foreign owner of Khmer heritage like Angkor
He have successfully evicted Khmer from their own home and land.
He have successfully sale Khmer land to foreigners without and benefits to the country except for his personal weaths and those of CPP officials.
He have successfully handover natural resources gold, oil to Vietnam to destroy them which ever ways they like with out a care in the world
He have successfully dog the KR trail from have a justice server to the Khmer people
He have successfully killed off many nationalists and every Khmer hero.
He have successfully allow inpunity to grow.
He have successfully traffic drugs.
and the list go on and on

so does Khmer people want to keep him as Leader? I prefer him and his families/cpp prosecuted and sentence to death...and i'm sure many Khmer are will to paid for such actions.

paranoid and clinging to power without the terms limit law? perhaps true! or maybe it's not the right time to change leadership was cambodia needs this kind or type of leader(s) to make a smooth transition into the true, pluralistic democracy and so forth. the question then should be when will cambodia be ready to stop clinging on to power as in greed perhaps and eventually introduce to the country and the people of cambodia the meaning of terms limit in its gov't high position of power, etc. i think in order to leave a legacy of positive change in gov't and so on, perhaps the terms limit law and so forth will need to be introduce carefully and gradually so cambodia and its people can get used to it before they can accept it. like anything else in life, it takes getting used to; in another word, conditioning the people and the cambodia and its system to get familiar or acquainted to any new system being introduce to the cambodia, i think. anyway, it would be interesting to hear what the political analysts or political experts have to say about this and all. anyway, there are hope for cambodia into the brighter, better future of the country and our khmer people. it might take a few people in influential position and so forth to help make a real, lasting difference for cambodia and its people. and of course, all changes don't come easily, it takes some sacrifice, compromises, time and education. i pray god will help, bless and guide khmer leaders to go in the right direction so cambodia and its people will improve our gov't system for the better future for all to enjoy.

when we abide and respect the rule of law and put in place the terms limit law of top gov't officials, then there is no need to fight among ourselves for power like in the dark ages era, etc, you know. so, think wisely and logically with good ethical code of conduct is key to reform our khmer gov't system, really. may god bless cambodia and all our beautiful khmer people and citizens.

cambodia and khmer people have to be reminded, educated, enlightened and discouraged away from dictatorial type or system of gov't again at all cost. please demand for positive gov't reform in all areas in cambodia. together, khmer people must demand for reforms. there is no need to cling on to power in this day and age, instead, use the rule of law and look into introducing terms limit law in cambodia. i think which ever leader(s) of cambodia who can see this and can introduce the terms limit law into cambodia will be remembered as one of the greatest khmer leaders like that of the angkorian leaders of the great khmer civilization and empire then. if i were khmer leader like sihanouk or hun sen, i would call for the terms limit law for cambodia in order to prevent power abuse, power clingy, political bickering, etc, etc, you know. so cambodia still have a lot of work to do when it comes to reforms in gov't, etc, really.

cambodia and its leaders shouldn't be about self-service; we should be about doing the right thing, i.e., good ethics, etc..., you know.

i'm for good, positive changes in cambodia, but do it the right way, ok! god do not make anything on this earth to last forever, at least according to the law of nature; however, to last forever or permanently, something has to change, you know.

In my opinion Cambodian MUST recruit more young Khmer to rise up. For the sake of their future and the country Cambodian need to rise and stand up for their own and remove a dictatorship like Hun Sen. He's a former Khmer Rouge and he never change his mentality to control the people of Khmer.

That is some BULLSHIT election. He won a overwhelming majority. Corruption anyone? Khmer people need to unite and educate oneself. Take a lesson from the Middle East/Central Asia and rise up against this foreign oppression that is Hun Sen and his cronies. Preserving Monarchy my ass! The king doesn't even have the power to do anything. Seems nowadays the royal family is just a puppet stringed to Hun Sen's blood soaked hands. "A singular leader will lead the country to dictatorship." Really? He put his foot in his mouth with that comment. My dad was in the special forces back in the days of the KR. He wouldn't hesitate to put a bullet in Hun Sen's Head. Democracy is needed in Cambodia for the Khmer People to survive vietnamization.
