Report from Phnom Penh
Today, Mr. Meas Peng, second commune council from the Sam Rainsy Party and currently first commune council elected in Banteay Dek commune, Kiean Svay district, Kandal province was arrested at 8:30 am at his house. He is questioning at Kandal provincial court before detains in jail.
