Rumors have circulated in Phnom Penh, capital of ASEAN dictatorship, that the HRP will organize a study tour for its elected commune chiefs to the US, Canada, Australia and France to learn more about local government in democratic countries. Not to be outdone by the HRP, elected CPP commune chiefs will also organize a study tour that will bring them to Vietnam, China, North Korea and Cuba ... to learn more about dictatorship rule and the communist system.

It's time to merge (before it's too late). There are no real evidence or solid proof that Kem Sokha is Hun Xen's. All accusations are just the speculation only. Kem Sokha did nothing wrong yet.

Set aside your personal differences, self-esteem, and ego. Don't come up with all the excuses, be yourself and take the lead.
Just fight the same enemy, Hun Xen/Youns. Once HRP & SRP win, you could compete for your own fame later.
