ដោយយោងទៅលើស្ថានការណ៍ជាក់ស្តែងសព្វថ្ងៃនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលកំពុងធ្លាក់ដុនដាបក្នុងវិស័យជាច្រើនក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ក្រុមពួកអាយ៉ងបរទេស រួមមានហ៊ុនសែន ជាស៊ីម ហេងសំរិន សុខអាន សុខគង់ ។ល។ ដូច្នេះ ដើម្បីរំដោះនិងសង្គ្រោះប្រជាជាតិខ្មែរនិងមាតុភូមិយើង ឲ្យផុតពីមហាគ្រោះថ្នាក់ មហន្តរាយនោះបាន យើងចាំបាច់ត្រូវតែសាកល្បង ធ្វើតាមការណែនាំរបស់ អង្គគ្រាប់ខ្សាច់ ដូចតទៅ៖

មុននឹងសូត្រសារនេះ សូមលើកដៃទាំងពីរប្រណម្យសំពះ ឲ្យផុតពីលើក្បាលរបស់យើង ហើយសូត្រថា៖
«ខ្ញុំសូមនឹកដល់ផលបុណ្យដែលខ្ញុំខំកសាងសន្សំជាច្រើនជាតិសូមផលបុណ្យនោះផ្តល់ឲ្យ ខ្ញុំក្នុងពេលនេះ។»
២-សារឥសូរ៖
មុននឹងសូត្រសូមលើកដៃទាំងពីរដាក់ស្មើបបូរមាត់ ហើយទើបសូត្រថា៖
«ផលបុណ្យទាំងនេះ កើតជាសម្តី មានឫទ្ធិបារមី មហស្ចារ្យក្រៃ រុញច្រានសេចក្តីប្រាថ្នា ដើម្បីជួយខ្មែរនិងយកទឹកដីខ្មែរដែលបាត់បង់ដ៏យូរលង់មកឲ្យខ្មែរវិញយ៉ាងសក្តិសិទ្ធិ។»
៣-សរព្រះនារាយណ៍៖
មុននឹងសូត្រត្រូវធ្វើកាយវិការដូចហនុមានប្រុងវាយសត្រូវ ឈរជើងកន្ធែកចេញ ដៃឆ្វេងក្តាប់ហើយច្រត់ ចង្កេះ ជើងឆ្វេងឈានទៅមុខ ហើយប្រើម្រាមដៃស្តាំ ចង្អុលមុខ ដោយផ្តោតអារម្មណ៍ទៅលើឈ្មោះ ឬមុខ ពួកជនក្បត់ជាតិ ខ្ញុំកញ្ជះបរទេស ។ល។ សូមសូត្រថា៖
«យើងនឹងដាក់បណ្តាសាពួកអាឯង អាហ៊ុនសែន អាជាស៊ីម អាហេងសំរិន អាសុខអាន អាសុខគង់ គឺ ឲ្យពួកអាឯងខ្វាក់ភ្នែកនិងឆ្កួតល្ងីល្ងើ ភ្លេចមុខភ្លេចក្រោយ យ៉ាងទាន់ហន់។»
៤-សារព្រះវិស្ណុ៖
មុននឹងសូត្រ សូមលាដៃឆ្វេងចេញ ហើយធ្វើកាយវិការធម្មតា តែត្រូវចងចិត្តឲ្យរឹងប៉ឹង។ សូមសូត្រថា៖ «បណ្តាសាយើងនេះមានតែតួ អង្គគ្រាប់ខ្សាច់ ទើបដោះបណ្តាសានេះបាន។»
របៀបធ្វើកិច្ចពិធីនេះមានដូចតទៅ៖
ក. ត្រូវមុជ ឬ ងូតទឹកជម្រះកាយឲ្យបានស្អាត។ ចូរតាំងចិត្តឲ្យបានមោះមុត។ មិនត្រូវនិយាយលេងសើចឬ ជន្លគ្នាលេងឡើយ ។ល។
ខ. ត្រូវរៀបចំធ្វើនៅថ្ងៃ ពេញបូណ៌មី ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១២។
គ. ត្រូវសូត្របួងសួងឲ្យបាន១ថ្ងៃ ម្តង ឬច្រើនជាងនេះបើធ្វើទៅបាន ហើយក្នុងការសូត្របួងសួងម្តងៗនោះត្រូវសូត្រឲ្យបាន ៣ចប់។ អាចធ្វើពិធីបួងសួងនេះ នៅគ្រប់ទីកន្លែង និងនៅគ្រប់ពេលវេលា។ អាចអុជធូបមួសរសៃក៏បាន មួយក្តាប់ក៏បានតាមលទ្ធភាព។ បើអត់មានធូបដុតស្មៅដុតចំបើងក៏បាន ឬក៏ឧបកិច្ចយ៉ាងណាតាមកាលៈទេសៈ ជុំគ្នាក៏បាន មិនជុំគ្នាក៏បាន តាមការគួរដើម្បីសុវត្ថិភាព។
ការហាមឬ ត្រណម
*មិនត្រូវជេរម្តាយគេ។
*មិនត្រូវស្តោះទឹកមាត់ដាក់លាមកឬដាក់បង្គន់ដាច់ខាត។
*មិនត្រូវយកវិធីទាំងនេះ ទៅប្រើ ដើម្បីប្រយោជន៍ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន ខុសបែបបទ ជាដាច់ខាត ព្រោះនឹងនាំឲ្យមានអន្តរាយ ឬគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់ខ្លួនឯងវិញ។
*សូមអស់លោកអ្នកបងប្អូនខ្មែរមេត្តាព្យាយាមផ្សព្វផ្សាយប្រាប់ តៗ គ្នាឲ្យបានដឹងឮកាន់តែច្រើនកាន់តែល្អដើម្បី ជួយសង្គ្រោះប្រទេសជាតិយើងឲ្យផុតពីគ្រោះថ្នាក់ទាន់ពេលវេលា ហើយសូមជួយអនុវត្តតាមវិធី ដូចជម្រាបជូនខាងលើនេះ ឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវដើម្បី ឲ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាព ១០០%។
ដល់ពេលអាក្បត់ជាតិ ហ៊ុន សែន ត្រូវក្លាយខ្លួនជាឧក្រិដ្ឋជនដូច(អាកាដាហ្វី)ហើយ! ប្រតិភូរបស់ចលនាអំណាចពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរទូទាំងពិភពលោកនឹងធ្វើដំណើរទៅកាន់តុលាការឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មនៅប្រទេសហូឡង់នាថ្ងៃទី២២ខែមិថុនាឆ្នាំ២០១២ខាងមុខនេះហើយ, យើងនឹងប្តឹងពីបទឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មប្រឆាំងនិងមនុស្សជាតិរបស់បនក្បត់ ហ៊ុន សែន,បើពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរណាមានបំណងចង់ដេញពួកអាក្បត់ជាតិអោយចុៈពីអំណាចនិងដេញយួនចេញពីស្រុករបស់យើងនោះ សូមមេត្តាចូលរួម។
that's what the extremist, racist, discriminatory, biased, prejudiced, evil, unruly group of srp party people think. they are so hypocritical, really. i won't vote for them even if they paid me to do so, you know. they are incompetent and perhaps ignorant and definitely stupid group of run away refugees that continue to play cat and mouse with good cambodia gov't, even after the election is all finished and done, etc, you know. these people never learn from history, etc perhaps their brain cells are full of illegal substances like drugs, alcohol, opium, etc, etc, you know. i don't trust these incompetent, self-proclaimed group of radicalism political people, and most of them preferred or chose to live overseas instead of come back home to develop cambodia and raise the country image and people's standard of living, etc, you know. i don't like them so i won't vote for them, really. i hope they always lose in the election because they are very incompetent and a slave of some sort to some foreign interest out there, you know. they are not right for cambodia given their bad attitude, prejudice, biased, discriminatory nature, etc, you know. cambodia don't like them at all, you know. and they always run away and hide overseas and that reflects on their incomptetency. how can people trust them to lead cambodia. most of them think like that stupid pol pot guy that led cambodia to destruction and killing fields from 1975 to 1979. and most to their srp party members never even lived under the stupid KR regime, so they don't really know what it's like to have life experience under the KR regime, really. and they act so ingorant and stupid so cambodia don't need them, really. anyway, you have to research and see with your own eyes before you buy into their prejudice, unethical, outdated way of their thinking and seeing the world, you know.
most of the top srp leaders had lived under your pol pot khmer gang, you know ? most are not from overseas as you have claimed you stupid dumb bigot. 1.2 million people whoted for them are not from overseas, considered the media and all state apparatus are strictly controlled and monopolised by your party. i dare you to play a fair game on a level playing field, why are you people so scared ?
i will never vote for the cpp, never, until the day i die. i hate those leaders left over from the pol pot group, running cambodia with khmer rouge tactics. cambodia is still basically a khmer rouge regime in disguse.
