I don’t blame neither him and Police or those people who were there, but, from my point of view is that the people can be mean and be nasty to the police, using the language that they not suppose to say, when talking with the police officer. I know how they are, if they would have been complied and said nicely to the police, they are, and like that guy Rung phana, he wound have not been hurt. whatever happens govt must always use a diplomatic dialogue and should never abuse the civilian especially the advocator for social right, social justice and social democracy. Unless, they carry the weapons to attack the police then they can respond with critical pin down (hand caft) but not bashes or causes to bleed like this. Otherwise, the cost of repairing the injuries is way too high, e.g doctors will work long hours to repar, or it could cause a mental damage to the child and the govt will look after the child through community care, which then will cause much pain for the community workers or causing wide spread of family crisis, everything will lead to futher losses. It is also known a 'chain reaction', that is why prevent then cue is very important. A minute of anger will save a life time of pain. We need to impliment how to handle crisis in such a way not harm but a gree upon instead, e.g. win/win.

KI Media is the "only" news that combinded from other sources. You said Pershaps, this indicated your lower level skills of knowing.

Well, I enjoy chatting with your guy here. I am not suppose to tell you about my duty, and my rank, that all you should know about me (I am a cop). Sorry guy, I am not that type of cops collect money, I am an officer who have laptop, working, monitoring and do lot of project that I have to do when on duty. Regarding collecting money!...well, this is part of our daily lives and the rest other Cambodian people, we all need money for living, but I am not the one who collect the money from the people on the street as you stated. We do collect money for certain purpose, the money we get to pay and spend to other sources, we don't have big budget, we have to save for others. I can't describe to you. If you live in Cambodia you would know and feel how our country living day light, living condition. You would be doing the same as to the people in Cambodia not just the police division. Please don't you nail down your own nationality and culture. I love the way you named as 'Khmer Grawharm', yes! I was a Khmer Rouge, I jointed the soldier since I was 16 year old.
