Here again the same story, not thing new, this was because of Ah sucker bleeding face Rong Phana was trying to fight with the police officer and he did not corporate to leave the area, he curz at the police officer, that's why he got hurt. I don't blame the police.

Oop once more, I don’t believe what that guy ‘Rung Phagna’ said. I don’t blame neither him and Police or those people who were there, but, from my point of view is that the people can be mean and be nasty to the police, using the language that they not suppose to, when talking with the police officer. I know how they are, if they would have been complied and said nicely to the police, they are, and like that guy Rung phana, he wound have not been hurt. This because he has shouted and cursed at the police and did not comply with the police have ordered him and the rest other people to leave the area. I am a cop and I am on the police side, I know how the people act toward the police.

My point is those police should only arrest him and let the court decide, if he ever broke the law, not beating people up as they wish, it's illegle. I mean 20 cops against one guy, and you guys think it's fair fight? Is that how Cambodian police deals with civilians? Wake-up guys and don't act like CPP party and khmer rough regime. We're Khmers people should help the helpless one not the rich one, so khmer race is alive.
Why should people respect them?...they're the germs of khmer's society and..and leeches ...sux people's blood....their daily living rely on these poor dirt khmer and they don't protect n' serve them. And you're a cop and you must on the police side and you ought to know what are these mother fucker cops do beside sitting a round the corners rip off the poor khmer's transportation.

Khmer should understand how to help Khmer live a better life. A living with quality rather being forced to work so hard and being paid so little. The authoritarian officers should protect and support the population as opposed abusing the innocent person physically, legally, and intellectually. This is modeling the government that is full of violence and ignorance.

whatever happens govt must always use a diplomatic dialogue and should never abuse the civilian especially the advocator for social right, social justice and social democracy. Unless, they carry the weapons to attack the police then they can respond with such critical like pin down (hand caft) but not bashes or causes to bleed like this. Otherwise, the cost of repairing the injuries is way too high, e.g doctors will work long hours to repar, or it could cause a mental damage to the child and the govt will look after the child through community care, which then will cause much pain for the community workers or causing wide spread of family crisis, everything will lead to futher losses. It is also known a 'chain reaction', that is why prevent then cue is very important. A minute of anger will save a life time of pain. We need to impliment how to handle crisis in such a way and basically not harm but a gree upon instead, e.g. to come up with a win/win situation. The more educated people we have, the better for our country and nation. Their job is to improve the system/society as a whole for our future generation off course.
