Sisowath Thomico is not Rannaridh's uncle. They both are not related.
Norodom Rannaridh is Norodom Sihanouk's son with Kanthol (former Apsara star before her daughter Buppha Devi).
Tomico is a son of Sisowath Metheavy and princess Sisowath Jannette (princess title through marriage given by Queen Kosoma), and princess Jannette is an old sister of king Sihanouk's wife, Queen Monineath. Tomico's both parents were executed under Hor Nam Hong's ruled over. Tomico still has one sister princess Sisowath Sophana who usually follows and serves her cousin King Sihamoni.
Princess Sisowath Sophana's spouse and children were all dead in KR. Tomico and Sophana are the only niece and nephew of Queen Monineath, and her two own grand daughters, the daughters of her late youngest son (Prince Norodom Norindarapong) who died a few years ago.
Some said he was murdered by Yuon agents, because Norindarapong accused Yuon openly for invading his country.
I hope god punish the evil family of King Xihanook and him for caused 3 million people of Cambodia death.
