This letter proves that Hun Sen is a real Hanoi puppet. If Hanoi told him not to talk, he dare not to talk. It is very humiliate for all Khmer who have their own leader serving foreign interest not his own nation.

You can solve and clarify most of the border issues by abrogating your bilateral treaties with Vietnam and implementing the 1991 Paris peace accord.
If you are not a Yuon's slave, you will be able to do this easily.
The real problem is that you are a Yuon's slave, that's why you cannot do what is right. You've done what your master Vietnam told you to.
