This speech is very emotionally powerful and logically composed. Naturally, the critics will say that Mr. Sam Rainsy left out the "progress made aspects" and other "nonthreatening economic and immigration issues". Soy Sopheap of DAP-News repeatedly says that Mr. Sam Rainsy will not be able to lead Cambodia in this life time and will for sure die and have his remains burried in France. Mr. Sam Rainsy also lacks funding for the continuation of his political party. I don't know why he does not invest in some kind of industry to have continual revenue to sustain the existence of his party. Given the fact that he is naturally gifted in finances and business, he should have first create a revenue-generating business whether it be a manufacturing, retailing, or whatever in order have the necessary funds for his political ambitions. Ah Soy Sopheap now invites Mr. Sam Rainsy's son to come continue the legacy instead. I wish to see Mr. Sam Rainsy be the next Prime Minister of Cambodia, but I am not so sure about his foreign policies.
How to strengthen the newly formed "the Cambodia National Rescue Party"?
First of all, we must stick to the principal: the combination of the 2 parties.
The puppet government, through its master's Vietnam direction, will do whatever necessary to break the coalition.
One tactic is to raise one party up and put down the other party, making the 2 parties members feeling uncomfortable with each other - thus mistrust each other.
One specific example:
Tthe puppet government has speculated that Sam Rainsy is a criminal and is not eligible to be a member of the parliament. Therefore, Sam Rainsy won't be available to be a candidate for the Prime Minister, making some of the new party members erroneously think that it is all right to have only Kem Sokha at the upcoming general election.
To go forward strongly and successfully, the National Rescue Party must fight – do or die – this first obstacle by exhorting to the International community to put pressure on the puppet government to exonerate Sam Rainsy from the false accusation, and allow Sam Rainsy to go back to Cambodia to participate in this 2013 election.
It is imperative that Sam Rainsy must be presented at the 2013 election.
Allowing the puppet government to win over this most important issue – denial Sam Rainsy to enter the country – the new coalition will lose to the puppet government’s next steps, for example creating some problems to Kem Sokha and then accusing him of committing some kind of criminal acts and then Kem Sokha will have the same fate as Sam Rainsy or Mam Sonando.
Without the presence of these 2 leaders, the new party will not win the election and the morale of the people will be destroyed because of the new party’s incompetence – failure to bring Sam Rainsy back to Cambodia.
The new coalition must understand that the morale of most of the Khmer people is very high after the 2 parties united. So, the new party must show of its competency and win this next election by first overhauling the NEC and then bringing Sam Rainsy back to Cambodia.
If these 2 conditions are not met - new NEC and Sam Rainsy’s presence – the Cambodia National Rescue Party must not participate in this general election.
This would be the right steps to do and the morale of the people will not be weakened even if we did not win the election and we still have a strong cause to fight for what is right for Cambodia.
I’ve heard the new party said during the press conference that “if the government does not allow Sam Rainsy to get in, we will wait and see…”. This HALF measure is wrong, making the National Rescue Party vulnerable to the government’s next attack, which is destroying Kem Sokha.
We should have known by now Vietnam and its slave Hun Sen’ tactics: suppress Khmer nationalists one by one.

You know, mr Sam and his Companies are desperately wanting to be the next PM and the next govt of Cambodia. They all think that the problems in Cambodia can be easily fixed because most of them have lived and educated in the west and do they all understood first hand on how to flip Cambodia into a strong democratic country. They hated Hun sen and his govt and they would go as far as to demonized him and his families and everything else he stood far. Never once they want to give hun sen credit for the slightest acheivement because they so hated him.
Well this is the kind of deal I would make with mr Sam who is desperately wanted to be the next PM of cambodia. We'll give you 5 years to solve all Cambodia main problems. But of you fail to do any goods within those time frame, we'll treat you like you and your company have treated hun sen. If you fail, mr Sam, WE WILL HANG U UNDER THE HOT SUN OF CAMBODIA, DEAL?!

This peace in Cambodia is a timing bomb, which will make Khmer people a minority in the near future.
You should understand that whether Cambodia has war or peace depends entirely on Vietnam.
Vietnam allows Cambodia to have peace now because it has reached its goal of installing a puppet government and ordered this puppet government of Hun Shit to let the Vietnamese move into Cambodia at will, and make the Vietnamese the majority in Cambodia in the forseeable future.
