But Sam Rainsy is not clear when he reply to question of his guilty.
Does Sam Rainsy accept Kem Sokha to be President of this new party when he can't return back in Cambodia?
Whoever can be president but he will be defeated n surrendered by samdech hun sen who has allied with China n vietnam.they're always back up Samech hun sen at any time.
I am 30% Chinese, 30% French, 40% Khmers but I considered myself full Cambodian. I lived in America for over 30 years but I still loved my birthplace Cambodia. Most lower ranks CPP peoples are Khmers peoples who also loved their country. CPP main leaders are all former Khmer Viet Minh who evolved into Khmer Rough and now CPP. These upper leaders are Viet's agents, who served Youn I interests. I would want peace with Vietnamese peoples but they have to STOP scheming plans to annex Kampuchea territories. Right now most Khmers are not interest of changing CPP because they felt stable and peace compare Lon Nol and Khmer Rough times. Our peoples don't see the danger of Vietnamese domination through popupation take over. Later, there is a danger that we Khmer will become minorities in our own country at that moment the Viets will take over Cambodia like they did to Kampuchea Krom.There are my opinions. Khmers must look beyond peace and stability to see the danger ahead.
If CPP able to keep Sam Rainsy out of Cambodia and if Sam Rainsy truely loves Cambodia he must do all he can to help Kem Sokha to head the new party PM candidate. If by miracles this new party win then Kem Sokha can bring Sam Rainsy back and made him head the National Aasembly President and deputy PM. This is another option.
Then arrest all CPP leaderships for been a traitors to Cambodia. Integrated those CPP who still loyal to Cambodia into the new government.
