នៅ ថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ទី២០ កញ្ញាសប្តាហ៍នេះ វេលាម៉ោង៩ព្រឹក ក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃនឹងជួបជាមួយតំណាងគណបក្សសម រង្ស៊ី និង គណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្សដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីសមាសភាពនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិ រៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោត។ លិខិតរបស់ក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃចុះថ្ងៃទី១៨ កញ្ញានេះដោយរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ លោកនុត សាអាន បានសរសេរបញ្ជាក់ថា លោកព្រុំ សុខា ដែលជារដ្ឋលេខាធិការមួយរូបទៀតនោះ គឺជាអ្នកដែលត្រូវជួបជាមួយតំណាងគណបក្សប្រឆាំងទាំងពីរនៅព្រឹក ថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍នោះ។ តាមពិត សេចក្តីសម្រេចរបស់ក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃនេះ គឺជាការឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងសំណើរបស់គណបក្សប្រឆាំងទាំងពីរ គឺគណបក្សសម រង្ស៊ី និងគណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ដែលកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ កញ្ញាបានស្នើសុំជួបរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ ឬអ្នកតំណាងក្រសួងដើម្បីនិយាយអំពីបញ្ហាសមាសភាពគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិ រៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតនេះ ដែលគណបក្សទាំងពីរនេះបានទាមទារជាច្រើនឆ្នាំមកហើយ។

Now we have the best leaders we can have, Rainsy and Sokha, and not Sihanouk or Sihamony or Sen.
Please be awakened all Khmer including those in the CPP.

You have to learn to stand up for what is right for our nation not what the viet said or the hun said. they are murderers and you are not, for what I have heard about you. so just be clean Mr kheng, right now you have all the wealth in the world but those wealth will not save you when your time come. So speak up and against those who are corrupted, who abuse their power to get what they want and to those who committed such war crime against humanity and the souls will appreciate you much and will leave a legacy for your children and grandchildren to come. I know you have helped many of those innocent out of jail and I know deep down in your heart you are a very good person. SO THIS IS GOT TO BE KHMER POWER THAT MAKE CPP TO NEGOTIATE LIKE THIS.
