All monks have good morality and should stand up for what is right. Not just shut up when things gone wrong like Hun locked innocent people up, should monks stay quite? These are monks' principles 1) 500 years steps of ladder if you are a bad person 2) do good and you will past, do bad you will go down the ladder from step 1 again up until you do good to reach its potential that is you will have to keep on to be reborn over and over again. Do good means, be: true, kind, gentle to one another but what did Hun Sen do? he killed, robbed and locked the innocents up and what do good Monks do? their job is to demonstrate for those who are unable to fight for themselves is called 'do good', because a lot to do with be true, kind and gentle etc. So, all monks, it doesn't matter he is khmers, viets or chinese. It is also their job to act on behalf of the vulnerable, simple as that.
