- He allowed Vietcong to use Khmer territory to attack the US and then South Vietnam.
- After losing the power, he called on the North Vietnam to invade Cambodia to get his power back.
- He called on Khmer people to go to "Prey Marquis" to join his Vietcong group to attack Lon Nol.
- He joined the Khmer Rouge.
- The most important one, he kicked the UN out after Ah Hun Sen lost the 1993 election.
