Fast $700 millions per year was spend to this regime and this money comes from the national tax of the aid donner countries. We are living in industried countries and send this money for poor Khmer people but this money not come to poor Khmer people, opposite it land on dictator regime and its lawless clans.
Since 1998´3 we have helped but till now Khmer poeple are still very poor but its leaders very rich than we abroad. We must stop to help them any more. We must to find the other way helping the real Khmer poor people. Please don't wasted our tax money for those regime. Stop
