During the courtesy visit of Hanoi City to H.E Governor on December 13, 2012, the delegation had delivered 20 sets of computers to the Capital Hall; the handing over ceremony were held with the presence of H.E Governor KEP Chuk Tema and H.E Mr. PHAM Quang Nghi, Member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Secretary of Hanoi Capital City Communist Party together with officers from relevant departments. After that event, the group photo was also taken in front of the Capital Hall.
Moreover, in the evening of that same day, a welcome dinner was organized in special for the delegation as well. H.E head of the delegation had once again conveyed his sincere thanks to Phnom Penh authority for its warm hospitality and he wished for a closer cooperation between both cities. Additionally, H.E Governor had also expressed his strong commitment to strengthen the bond relationship, friendship and cooperation for last long.

In those computers, Vietnam goverment put the tracking chip and spy hardwares, So everythings that anyone touch those computers. Vietnam spy knows
