Where is Hin Sithan when we celebrating the PPA in DC during the last two years, I never see Kball Hin Sithan nor heard his voice to support us. Shame on you Hin Sithan. Don't be in the dark any more. If you have brain come out from the closet and help us. Lots of Khmer live near you in Linwood are working hard to support the CNRP. Come out from the closet Hin Sithan... No body listen to you anymore if you don't act.

Pen Sovan and other thoudsand of other Khmer Viet Minh lived in Hanoi ( North Vietnam ) for so long they left Cambodia after 1954 Genveva conference for Hanoi and lived there tilled 1978.
Pen Sovan wife's was Pham Van Dong's niece.
Note: Heng Samrin, Chea Sim are former Khmer Viet Minh as well. this is the only portion of Khmer Viet Minh have been known to Khmer public.
