In the US, every two years I receive this survey package from the National Science Foundation requesting information from doctorate (Ph.D.) recipients. Since Cambodia has so many PhD recipients (fake or otherwise), do you know how many in Cambodia receive this survey? Please share the information with us.

Thank you very much for your question. Unfortunately we don't know the answer. We know that our dear Dr. Hun Xen, the priminister of the Banana Kingdom, received 2 PhDs from the US of A, one from the Southern California University for Professional Studies, and one from the Iowa Wesleyan College. However, I don't think there is a need to survey our PhD preeminister because the answer is very simple: he holds the same job position for the past 30 years or so and he expects to hold it until he turns 90 (that's 30 years from today). He is filthily rich that nobody could ever finish counting his fortune.

PhD in Cambodia mean "Poor homeless Dogs". All Cambodian will be homeless including Hun Sen's families after the Viet takeover.
Just to clarify the issue, the two PhDs Hun Sen receiveed are NOT study-earned ones. They are only HONORARY PhDs.
The PhD in Cambodia is just to learn how to sell out the own country and also meaningless. What in the next 20-50 years they don't know nothing.
