As the saying goes...people have a choice to make! But these mother fuckers make the choice to be a sexual predator! So who is victimizing here? The whole Cambodian society is victimized by these sexual predators! They can blame everything and everybody for their misconduct but that is not going to change anything because it is a mental sickness! How do you go about curing something that exists in the brain?
