Boeungs...swamps are natural water filtration for clean water! Cambodia has water everywhere but lack of good clean water for consumption! Heavily chlorinated water damage eyes,lung, and harden the arteries!

Sen, who do his best to destroy everything in Cambodia from forestry, fishery, lake, river, border, and corruption.
These lakes are designed to collect Phnom-Penh water to avoid flooding in raining season. Now Ah stupid Hun Sen filled it up for his profit.
What on earth can he build more building outside of the capitol? There's plenty of unoccupied land. But, this guy tries to do reverse all the time.
It's time to remove him and send him back to where he came from (Hanoi).
