Speaking from the US to hundreds at Choeung Ek Genocide Centre yesterday, self-exiled opposition leader Sam Rainsy vowed to convict members of the current government accused of Khmer Rouge-era killings if his party wins power this July.

Speaking via video link at a memorial service on the anniversary of the 1975 evacuation of Phnom Penh, Rainsy said a Cambodian National Rescue Party win at the National Election in July would put an end to the government protecting criminals and interfering in Khmer Rouge tribunal proceedings.

“Now they have high titles in the current government because this government defends them,” the CNRP president said to about 200 people. “It does not allow the international court to summons them – because when the court finds them guilty, it will convict them.”

Rainsy did not name names, but references to “ministers and deputy prime ministers” were consistent with his statement last April 17, when he called for legal action against Prime Minister Hun Sen, Senate President Chea Sim and National Assembly President Heng Samrin.

“[Those] individuals . . . will not escape conviction in a proper court from next year. There will be a new government led by the CNRP,” Rainsy said.

A CNRP government would also focus on convicting “criminals” over the K5 plan of the 1980s and the grenade attack and coup of 1997, Rainsy said.

Tith Sothea, Council of Ministers spokesman, said he was not concerned by Rainsy’s words.

“Sam Rainsy is living deep inside his imagination – the opposition party does not have enough credentials to win the upcoming election,” he said.

Sothea said it was up to the court to determine who was involved in atrocities during the Democratic Kampuchea era and the government did not interfere in such proceedings. (sic!)

I am 100% sure that, both Viets' and Chinese leaders with good moral would love to help us to fight for what is right because 'enough is enough'. Now, everyone knows that Cambodia is being controlled by a mafia type of gangster and therefore, it is about time to put an end to this.

Also because Cambodia needs to have its own state sovereignty, dignity and pride, just like every other nation does. One thing for sure, if cambodia can not live in peace, no one in this world can, why? because in the world, everything is connected e.g just like our body is being connected and therefore, we need each other to be connected because god has created all of us for that very reason.

For far, everyone knows that, 'khmers did not kill khmers', it was the work of the outsiders alone, which known as 'killing two birds with one stone'. But in the end, the truth will always be the truth because only the truth can set all of us free. The US used to say 'we will not leave one stone unturn', in other words, 'justice will be done on earth and in heaven', in every way.

Today, Viets' and Chinese' gov't are trying to crack down those mafia type group of gangsters within their system too and once caught, they either be hang or be shot to death, why? because we all are living the 21st century, it is near the end time, and it is right to move toward with purity befor the 'coming of christ' and most of their leaders are now involved in believing in 'Jesus Christ the only son of god' as well.

Everyone go to youtube and check them out e,g, increases in Christ believers in Vietnam/China, everything they do now is, based on the truth nothing but the truth. And so, off course they are willing to help Cambodian from such impunity too because it is right and just accordingly.
