PHNOM PENH — Late last month, the prime
minister of Cambodia awarded his long-serving finance minister the title
“Kitti Setah Banditt,” which roughly
translates to “Glorious Economist of Genius” and is the supposed
equivalent of a doctoral degree. It was a variation on an obscure
“Glorious Genius” honor that seemingly came out of nowhere in 2011, when
it was given to two senior leaders of the governing Cambodian People’s
Party as well as the prime minister’s wife.

These clowns with honorary PhDs, bogus PhDs or PhDs from non accredited institutions of higher learning cheapen the credentials and the values of the BONAFIDE
PhDs.
In addition to the sash and the " PhD paper ", there must
also be Class Transcripts and three copies of Dissertation.
These are customary academic arsenals a PhD holder must earn from accredited American universities.

About 25 million North Korean who are living under poverty under these few fanatic carrying too many Medals look so much like monkeys fed by China to just threat the West.
About 15 million people in Cambodia mostly are Yuon but about 7 million are Khmers living under poverty under few uneducated peasants and their family who are carrying many Medals more than the US used by Yuon to complete their expansionism.

People who hold fake diplomas, especially Ph.D are desperate want- to be.

The truth is, is not about how many degree you have, it is about who you really are as a person!. Because at the end of the day, we all are dead people anyway but before we die, what do we do? did you help the poor screaming for help and did you do anything about it? or did you help to kill them as well?.
A person may have no qualification but earned such respect from the poor and from god above is priceless vs a person who have all the qualification but only helping to destroy is useless.
Therefore, it is up to the work, that they have done, not the piece of paper really. So, what happened to Bun ranny, everyone is laughing at her, which is known 'shameless', she helped to destroy sriok khmer and its people for the VC and then, would recieve this PhD hahaha for being a good traitor? hahaha
We have our own problem we have to resolve, why we have to worry about other.
It sound we go to the right, go to the left, go forwards go backwards, we turn around in the 4 walls kitchen.
