For a few days ago I have heard this news from the Khmer post radio reported that Phai Siphan and his ganster like PhD communist Chim Phalvarun from East Germany (Nickname: AH GO, this name was used by students in his generation, Me Khouch during student time)wanted arrest one youth who spoke against those dogs as YOUN. At the time they had call 30 polices to arrest this youth man but the polices did not arrest this man because two men (one from France & one from USA) from Human Rights were against arrest this and the polices has not right too.
So, I asked you? Is this young man was arrested now?
Let me say the following to those dogs:
1) Phai Siphan: this guy is Khmer-American, he was granted by US immigration in the land of father of democracy. Now I appeal to US court to revoke his US citizenship and arrest him because he is serving for communist & dictator in oversea. It's against the US law 100%.
2) PhD communist Chim Phalvarin (Nickname: Ah GO), his field during study: The Theory of Karl-Marx-Lehnin : this guy is Khmer-German, he was asylum in Germany and marriaged with German wife and after later he divorced with her and is working for CPP since 1995. This man is very dangerous guy, please take care all Khmers, what he said in the TV is just SHIT ONLY. Anyways his mother is VIETNAMESE too.
