When I left the Palace, my thought went to this little Han emperor living under constant pressure of Dong Zhuo and then Cao Cao both, were his Prime Minister. The status of Emperor was totally ignored (Sam Kok which is a Bible of famous Cambodian Prime Minister).
Sihamoni calls for calm and for the two parties to talk putting nation interests above all else. Rainsy asks only that NEC invites the third party to witness and to facilitate the talks, it is common sense. When NEC says that is out of its competence, this becomes ridiculous because even kids know that is the discretion of NEC. If NEC persists to say that, please ask Hun Sen's authorization, he is certainly the man who can give order to NEC.
If you guys from both parties succeed in this talk in finding the acceptable solution for all, the entire nation will remember you for ever, Cambodians will say: thank you, you are really mature politicians to lead us. I am sure that King Sihamoni will feel that somehow His status is a little bit recognized.Please give Him this little gift.
