Depending on
our judgement and the reliable data, which party is in our favor to win this
election?
-The CPP have claimed their victory over this election
based on their own and the NEC's data-- 68 seats to 55 seats.
-The CNRP have also claimed this election victory based
on their own reliable data from all polling stations throughout the country--63
seats to 60 seats without verifying on numerous irregularities yet. The following factors have led both
parties to claim the same victory:
The CPP's Strengths:
-The oldest political party in the country, created in
1951 as the Khmer Revolutionary Communist Party originated from the Indochina
Communist Party founded by Ho Chi Minh in 1930.
-Well-prepared and strong built network of support from
grass roots all over the country
-No new introduced policies but maintain the current ones
and proud of their achievement
-All levels of local administration from group leaders,
village chiefs to provincial governors, military, police, courts under the
CPP's control
-The NEC's members appointed by the CPP as the state
apparatus to guarantee the CPP continuous victory.
-Financial strength-- the CPP get millions of dollars of
financial support from their rich business tycoons, Okya and high government
officials in exchange for their business privilege and positions
-Superior media access-- all TV stations, most radios and
news papers under the CPP's control
-Election manipulation-- set up systematic electoral
fraud via the NEC throughout the country, creating ghost lists, double and
triple name lists, deleting voters' names suspected of the opposition
supporters, making them difficult to register and to find polling stations,
buying votes, and intimidation.
The CPP's weaknesses:
-Has been installed by Vietnam and has ruled the country
since 1979, too long for the people
-Most people have viewed that the CPP is a tool of Hanoi
to swallow Cambodia in the near future, as witnessed in this election--All
Vietnamese were allowed to vote freely while many Khmers had no names to vote.
-The CPP-run government is among the most corrupted
regimes in the world
-Dictatorship, ruled by one man
-Unequal economic growth, the rich get richer while the
poor struggle to survive
-No social justice for all, only a small privilege group
-Miscalculate the support from the people, especially the
youths, Believing that power can create money and money can make black to White
and white to black: a mentality of the CPP
-Lost faith and support from the people in all level
The CNRP's strengths:
-Unity between the two democratic parties--the Sam
Rainsey and the Human Rights Parties
-Gain popular support from all over the country
-Create the great 7 point policies for the people and the
country
-promise justice, true democracy, and real independence
for the country
-Restore Khmer sovereignty
-Gain strong support from all Khmer overseas and
international community
-Financial strength: get financial support from regular
members and donation from Khmer overseas
-Media access: get some coverage from independent radios
and newspapers inside the country, many foreign radios such RFA, VOA, and FIR
but dominated on Internet network and social media --Facebook, Youtube,
tweeters and so on.
-Most election campaign done by volunteer works
The CNRP's weaknesses:
-Newly created party
-No big sources of financial support
-No equal media access
-The party leader was barred from candidacy and vote
-Not enough time for the party president to campaign
-The party's activists are constantly harassed and
intimidated by the CPP's supporters
-Not well-prepared and organized, for most works done by
volunteers
-The party's unity has not reached out to all other Khmer
group or parties -- the 6 other smaller parties have wasted about a half
million votes that the CNRP needed to win a decisive victory.
Based on the above factors, can you (the reader) express
your opinion on which party is in your favor to win this election? The CPP or
the CNRP?

CNRP OF COURSE.
Over one million names had been removed from the voter lists and about 200,000 names duplication votes.
To be fare and clean election after investigations NEC must add these one million votes to CNRP and add another 200,000 duplicated votes too or remove 200,000 duplicated votes from CPP.

Had you had the reliable data, you should have known that Hun Sen had been Khmer's killer for almost 30 years already, and it should not have been this question to begin with!

The Chinese are interfering with Khmer politics and sovereignty. Why don't Hor5 Hong address this issue. Instead, Hor5hong took the time to send out official letters to western Embassy in Cambodia not to give support to CNRP. What a ficken blatant biases these CPP thieves are doing right now. They are not looking out for Cambodia, only their party.

Spirit of late king Sihanouk galvanized people to vote for CNRP.
Hun Sen's father is bit late to help. but still has chance to help his son in 2018.
He needs at least 100 days before souls can be enriched.
The clear winner is the CNRP, however the Viet's CPP, using all tricks in the book is trying to refute the facts.

An independent auditor must be created immediately to verify the registered voter list system of NEC in order to make sure that this system has any audit trail and the time voter's name has been deleted or move from one location to anoter and who authors to do so. A good system usually has the trail behind these activities for the purpose of audit or verify. Pleas take attention to this point. So far I never heard any one mentioned about this issue.
Me were hellishly brokenhearted, when me heard SamRainsy's sudden victory turning into a loser!
This is not the time who is the winner or loser. This make me think sam rainsy and kem sokha are really hungry for power.

I definitely favor CNRP as from one mandate to another, Hun Sen government could not:
- improve the judiciary system - in addition, the government keeps using it as an efficient tool to silence opposition leaders and NGOs that advocate human rights;
- tackle widespread and systematic corruption;
- reduce the number of land disputes evolving with poor people;
- crackdown on illegal logging, smuggling and other crimes related to natural resources management;
- promote human rights including freedom of expression: the government replies negatively to the UN’s, EU’s and democratic countries’ statements. This reaction has strong impact on bilateral/multilateral good relationship, in particular their aid to Cambodia;
- increase a minimum salary/wage for civil servants/workers so that they can survive decently;
- stop the flow of illegal Vietnamese migrants and
- avoid the territory loss: Vietnam will gain more land through the new village exchange policy.
The above-mentioned issues will become worst, if the CPP wins the upcoming election.

យើងឃើញតាមរយៈនៃលទ្ធិផលបោះឆ្នោតលើកនេះ នៅមានខ្មែរមួយចំនួនទៀត មិនទាន់យកចិត្តទុកដាក់នឹងរឿងគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដ៏ធំនេះនៅឡើយទេ! យើងមិនមែនចង់ឲ្យ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ធ្លាក់ពីដំណែងទេ គឺយើងធ្វើយ៉ាងឲ្យខ្មែររួចផុតពីកណ្ដាប់ដៃរយួន!
ហេតុនេះហើយ ខ្មែរមានតែងាកមករកខ្មែរគ្នាឯង រួបរួមគ្នាអំពាវនាវ ឲ្យអន្ដរជាតិយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ជាពិសេសតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ បើលោក ហ៊ុន សែន នៅតែពើងទ្រូងពីរឿងសង្គ្រាមយ៉ាងនេះ!
