It has been nine years since Scott Neeson first set foot in Cambodia.
Originally visiting Phnom Penh on the way to Angkor Wat, he found his
life changed by a visit to Steung Meanchey. At the time, Phnom Penh’s
notorious garbage dump, Steung Meanchey was home and workplace for
several thousand of the region’s most impoverished and neglected
children. Unwilling to walk away, Neeson set upon a path to find better
lives for these children.
After a 26-year-career in the film business, including tenure as president of 20th Century Fox International, where he oversaw the release and marketing of several of the top films of all time — 'Braveheart,' 'Titanic,' 'Star Wars' and 'X-men' — Scott left the industry to establish and personally oversee Cambodian Children's Fund as Executive Director.

It is really inspiring that a man can give up his own possession and become a simple person , but he persues in helping those in needs.
This is afine example that Cambodian can do the same for those less fortunate than him/her.

Wow! Thank you so much Scott for looking after our Khmer children so well. Watching this story I have tears in my eyes. You have inspired many of us, especially Khmer people like myself living in Canada. Sometimes people just forget the sufferings or turn blind eyes on the poor and the weak.

Dear Mr. Scott Neeson, you're the most inspired person on the earth, you lived rich life, had every things but you have choose the path destiny of your own and sacrifices your own to help the other by offering them a life of some material hopes to a deity, you're a propitiation, wrathful gods.
Scott is the good father of Cambodian children. He's compassioned, show joy to others, gives happiness, sincerity, and conscientious. Hun Sen is the evil father of Cambodia. He's a traitor to Khmer Nation.

Your kindness is certainly remembered for eternity. You have made a decision to help poor Khmer children live a decent life and have an opportunity to go to school for which I want to thank you very much from the bottom of my heart.

Wow, Scott is God sent from above to help Khmer. Amazing to find a man like Scott, who is willing to give up the Hollywood life to help the poorest of the poorest. Khmer government closes their eyes and pocketed every money that was donated to help Khmer. Thank you Scott. You are the BEST!
Hun Sen and the CPP officials should watch this movie.

Wow what a beautiful man Scott is.
These children should be protected & cared for by the leader of the country (Hun sen) but he failed so we are very grateful that Scott can step in.
