If the King dare to convene the new gov't without solving the Election Irregularities, the King is abusing his power and violating the articles 7 and 76 of Chapter 7 of the Royal Kingdom of Cambodia Constitution that respectively stipulate: - The assembly consists of at least 120 members. - The assembly shall hold its first session no later than sixty days after the election upon notice by the King.
