Cambodia's government-appointed election board has ratified the victory of incumbent Prime Minister Hun Sen's ruling party, rejecting opposition claims that the polls were unfair.
The results announced on state television Sunday morning handed 68 National Assembly seats to Hun Sen's Cambodian People's Party and 55 to the opposition Cambodia National Rescue Party.
The opposition has contested the outcome of the July 28 election, saying it would have won the majority of seats had the election been fair, but its legal challenges were rejected. It had threatened street protests and a boycott of the assembly unless until its demand for an independent probe of alleged election irregularities was met.
Hun Sen has ruled Cambodia for 28 years and remains firmly in control, although the opposition won significantly more seats than it had in the past.
The new parliament is supposed to be seated within 60 days of the election.

Please, may all khmer rise up and let your voices be heard and demand Hun Sen to step down NOW. Right now is the time to make the difference, please don't let our victory slip away. In order to defeat the barbarian you have to think like a barbarian.What would a barbarian like Hun Sen do?
Please start thinking about winning strategies against this evil ruler. A new era must bring promising changes to Cambodia and the people that truly love this country.
Just remember that Hun Sen will not let all Khmer live freely under his ruling. Look around you and see that HS has bought all the high ranking officials, NEC, CCC, including the worthless Prince to become his slaves and ultimately to serve the Supreme Master(Youn).

It cheating, it manipulation, it rigging, it vote stealing, it negligent, it is corrupt, it is preventing people from voting, it allow 1 person to vote more then twice, it ignore people request to address root causes of open issues, it NOT democratic despite the "election", it not recognise by the voters as a hold. It just too many to list so the voters of Cambodia my remain united from now and onward to ensure CPP,NEC and Consititution council those whom hold their seat will be unseated and replace with a more compentent person and rotate it term with a maximun of 3 years. Cambodian voters must remain united together they are like a water eroding rock and will change the formation of the "Rock" (CPP,NEC & Consitution Council).
