Constitution
Article 76:
The National Assembly shall consist of at least 120 Members.
Article 82- New (As amended March 2006):
The National Assembly shall hold its initial session no later than sixty days after the election, and as convened by the King.
Comment: The first plenary session of parliament shall consist of 120 Members of Parliament Elect and presided by the King before the 123 MP-Elect take the oath and receive the parliamentary immunity to become Members of Parliament. Otherwise, the Supreme Law representing the Sovereignty of the Kingdom is seriously transgressed by de facto ruling party.
