Article 76:
The National Assembly shall consist of at least 120 Members.
Article 82- New (As amended March 2006):
The National Assembly shall hold its initial session no later than sixty days after the election, and as convened by the King.
Comment: The first plenary session of parliament shall consist of 120 Members of Parliament Elect and presided by the King before the 123 MP-Elect take the oath and receive the parliamentary immunity to become Members of Parliament. Otherwise, the Supreme Law representing the Sovereignty of the Kingdom is seriously transgressed.
HUN SEN know he is doing wrongly leading the first session without opposition members, HUN SEN knows he has lost election, he know the world community will cut financial aid and trade with Cambodia but he does not care as long as he can survive easily working and using HUN SEN's law, abusing more people crack down to whom who against him, if he step down his head will be chopped off by Vietnamese agent and Cambodian people, he knows he does not have place to go so he does whatever he want to protect him at least he can survive for another years to come rather than step down now, Vietcong will not agree and Cambodian will take one more eye off,,,,,
