sok touch got scholarship to study in Russia by hun sen. he came back to cambodia so many time while he still studied. At the same time he smuggled goods for sell in cambodiato make money without tax.so what do you think he grew up in communist and went to studied in communist he knew nothing about free countries like us or others, so you should not pay attention to much about this phd. his phd is not much different from his boss ah kwang.

2) the result must be fair, correct and neutral
Talking about PhD(???) Sok Touch, just only the confirming of correct source of FBI founding he has been misrepresented, how could the other educated people still believe in him?
Well, since 2 months I've followed his arguments in the different median and I find out that his arguments are mostly only for the trainee in the company. Recognized him as a PhD is for me ( as Tech.
