Cheang Von used to work as a Taxi driver in France, he came back to Cambodia in 1993 and stole UNTAC cars 100 Four Wheel drive Lancriser sold to Vietnam, gradually he became Hi Exellency, this guy is a Chinese Vietnamese blood, does not have any sill to serve Cambodian people, his skill is cheated, looting, lieing, and corruption. Deforestation bad for environments and lbad for local economy,dams are good for shareholders like Cpp thugs and Chens &Yuons,but bad for environments and poor Khmer people can not afford to buy the electricity that those dams generates,where can these poor local Khmer people get money to but the electricity from these dams' electric generators? No job,no money,no good for economy! These poor local Khmer people doesn't needs electricity to enrich Cpp thugs and chens + Yuon period.Ah Cheang Vun economy was stealing from the poor for his cronies,enrich themselves like they (Cpp) had done to Bang kok and Bori keyla residents stole their land give to their cronies.Ah lop Vun nothing about ECONOMY!....He was a thug/thief....etc.
