Hun Xen thanked the US government for providing a scholarship to his son for studying at the US Defense Academy. In a speech given during the handing out of diplomas to students on 14 July 2011, Hun Xen indicated that Hun Many, his younger son, will study at the US Defense Academy for a master’s degree in national defense. The cost of the study is estimated to be $255,000. Hun Xen said that Hun Maneth, his oldest son, studied at West Point at a cost of $175,000. He said that he did not ask the US for the scholarships for his sons, but the US wants his son to study there. Hun Xen said that it is not his habit to beg anybody (sic!), nevertheless, he must thank the US for providing education for his sons.

It is another cheating news posted by Dap News which aimed to boost Hun Sen´s credit by his sycophant – Soy Sopheap. I think Hun Sen´s son ís not that smart. I mean he is not receiving a scholarship from the USA military university, but instead he gets the FS -Family Scholarship, to study at that university. Well, Hun Sen can send his sons or daughters to study anywhere on earth if he wants, as we know about his richness.

That university is glad to accept Hun Sen´s son because of profit making, but not the qualification or free education offered to Hun Sen´s son.

Why I said so, because we have already checked for the information. And what Soy Sopheap posted in his site is truly lying.

Note: Why have Hun Sen´s sons received only scholarship for military university? Please think about it. Well, it is not the sons´ scholarship offered by the university, but the sons´s scholarship offered by Hun Sen for his political purpose.

Hun Many, Prime Minister Hun Xen's second son, has reportedly received a scholarship to study at the American Defence University (Westpoint Military Academy?).

A senior defence official said on Sunday that Hun Many has received a one year scholarship to study a military course at the American Defence University.

Hun Many has left Cambodia for the United States in July and is scheduled to finish his course in July 2010.

The United States government has offered a scholarship to Hun Manet, Mr. Hun Sen's eldest son, to study at the prestigious Westpoint Military Academy more than 10 years ago. Hun Many is the second of Prime Minister Hun Sen and Madame Bun Rany to receive a scholarship from the U.S government to study at a military university in the United States.
