HCM CITY — Experts from Viet Nam, Laos and Cambodia have identified the exact location where the three countries’ borders meet during a conference this week in HCM City.
The position will now be marked with a border post as agreed to by each party.
Nguyen Hong Thao, head of the Department for the Western Border under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Border Commission, led the Vietnamese delegation.
Thao said delegates embraced feelings of solidarity, friendship and mutual understanding and all sides agreed on principles and basis for the demarcation.
They also discussed how to implement and co-ordinate plans in the future to complete marking this border point by the middle of 2008.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this effort was significant in further completing border demarcation programmes among the three countries and also contributed to the Programme for the Development Triangle Cambodia-Laos-Viet Nam initiated by the three countries’ Prime Ministers last August.

To defeat the Vietcong is not to deal with the Vietcong! Cambodian people must use the world institutions such as United Nations, the world court, the IMF, the World Bank... to deal with the Vietcong!
For example, if you argue in my house and what can you do me? Nothing! But if you argue with me in Court and there is a good chance that you can put me in jail for doing something bad! ahahhahha!
If you really look carefully the Vietcong are controlling the whole Cambodia and Loas through politic and military because they are the one who kept supporting those dictators in Cambodia and Loas! Cambodia and Loas has become the house of the Vietcong and no force can touch the Vietcong in a million years!
The Vietcong had reminded our beloved Samdech HUN SEN already!
King Sihanuok had failed in dealing with the Vietcong!
Mr. Pol Pot had failed in dealing with the Vietcong!
Samdech HUN SEN had failed in dealing with the Vietcong bcause now the Vietcong can claimed any part of Cambodian land and sea through signing a piece of paper without going to war!ahhahhahahah!

You have a very reliable and accurate reflection claiming the dangerous virus of Vietcong in Cambodia. But what I have observed, I can see that Sihanouk, Lon Nol and Pol Pot tried to fight back against Vietcong, but Hun Sen and his government is only sustaining the power of Vietcong.
So this is accurate statement because his tie with Vietcong is day and night strenghtening. And after their tie is bolstered, Vietcong is begining their strategy to degrade UN and international human rights respect and freedom declaration in order:
1. To shut Cambodia's mouth in protesting with its domination
2. To legalize its aggression in both phisical invasion of Junary 7 and ongoing Doi Moi policy of Vietnamization.

Well! It is Uncle SAM who is the head of United Nations and without Uncle SAM there would be no United Nations! For those Vietcong who are trying to degrade United Nations and the international human right will also degrade Uncle SAM core value about free democratic world! This is one way the Vietcong is looking down Uncle SAM and I don't think Uncle SAM will allow any Vietcong to do that!
But you know this is the war on terror and Uncle SAM is willing to close his eye as long as the Vietcong work with Uncle SAM! And who know Uncle SAM can use the Vietcong down the road to contain China! Uncle Sam has a lot of issues to deal with China such as Taiwan; economic, Chinese military build up…
