NGOUN NHEL: HOW CAN I WORK IN THE TOP POSITION WITHOUT ADVISERS, EVEN 1000 ADVISERS ARE NOT ENOUGH, I NEED A LOT OF ADVISERS BECAUSE YOU CAN LOOK AT MY EDUCATION AND CAPACITY, IT WAS UNDER PRIMARY SCHOOL DEGREE, YOU DON KNOW I JUST CAN READ AND WRITE IN KHMER RECENTLY.

Heng Samrin should refer this case to Om Yinteang to investigate for possible power abuse and corruption. This is a good case to clean the corruption from the top.

The leaders have more advisers those leaders are stupid, and should not be the leader of the country.

Hun Sen must clean himself first, before his under officials to clean themselves.Hun Sen has a lot more than Nguon Nhel. Some Hun Sen advisers come from Europe, numerous from Vietnam, one of them from Thailand,ect...Hun Sen can have,so can they.If someone would be willing to catch a thief, must use a thief to catch a thief .If Nguon Nhel speak up,"another folks can do,so can I".Maybe the whole Kampuchea have the same as Nguon Nhel.

ah nguon nhel is illiteerated guy, cannot lead the country, needs many advisors for pouring water on his head. not only him, so many high rank guys within Cambodia government are the same model.

Mr. Nguon Nhel is a sample of many others high ranking government officals who use too many advisors. They financially destroy the country and that is why the country stay very poor and in debt.

When your country is run by monkeys, you must pay 70 times more salary for advisers.

there is nothing wrong with having advisors, however, distinguish between salaried advisors and volunteered ones. depends on how one looked at it, it could be a waste of money for that many advisors. advisors don't necessarily the same occupation, they are from a variety of educational background, experience, etc... i like the term consultation better. to consult an expert on important matter, etc...
