Rong Chhun, President of the Cambodia Independent Teachers’ Association (CITA) and Representative of the Cambodia Watchdog Council (CWC), said that he is preparing a report to be sent to Hun Xen detailing the results of his visit to the border posts between Cambodia and Vietnam in Kampong Cham. The report is aimed at asking Hun Xen to review and suspend the planting of border posts between Cambodia and Vietnam. Rong Chhun told The Rasmei Kampuchea on 06 December that his request to suspend the border posts with Vietnam is due to irregularities, especially at border post no. 109 in Da commune, Memot district, Kampong Cham province, where he observed that this border post is installed smack inside a cashew orchard belonging to a Cambodian farmer, 200-m inside Cambodian territories.

Yuon handling border issue,not Khmer.
Look at CPP high ranking members :
1. Heng Samrin ( Khmer Viet Minh, Khmer Rouge, CPP ),
2. Chea Sim ( Khmer Viet Minh, Khmer Rouge, CPP ).
3. Meas Sophea ( Yuon born in Vietnam, serving as Royal Army Chief in Hun Sen regime ).
4. Hor Namhong ( former prison chief of B 32 between 1975-1979 ).
5. Chan Si ( Khmer Viet Minh ) same as Ros Samai, Sai Bouthong.
6. Pen Sovan ( former Khmer Issarak, Khmer Viet Minh, former Prime Minister of CPP)
So if we look at CPP high ranking members they all are yuon and Khmer Viet Minh and Khmer Issarak.
So Yuon handling the Khmer-yuon border under the name or CPP, not Khmer.
Hun Sen says Cambodian-Thai border situation become normal.
For most Khmer who know our real history with Youn and Thai know very well that Thai and Yuon never stop encroaching our border at all.
Especially those who live along the border with yuon and Thai.
What Hun Sen says and what we see regarding to border issue is totally opposite.
Why Hun Sen never bring Preah Vihear Temple to the UN or international court because Yuon Hun Sen know very well that Cambodia has an area of 181,035 square kilometers only on paper, in reality it has lost a lot to Yuon and Thai.
So Hun Sen wants to send Sam Rainsy to jail for uprooting border posts. Now we all can see what happened when no one cared enough to uproots the temporary posts, and let them become permanent posts- land lost, farm lost, people lost hope, people lost their livelihood, peoplehave to resort to sending their children away. Every Hun Sen supporter claimed that Sam Rainsy should have filed a report about the border posts rather than uprooting them. Now let us wait and see the result of this complaint by Mr Rong Chhun. Let us see what Samdech what-ever-the-rest-of-his-title-is Hun Sen will do about it. Having seen the photos of posts 108 and 109, and Hun Sen's records regarding the Youns, I bet that Samdech will do nothing, apart from him possibly throwing Rong Chhun in jail too. The supporters will claim that it is too late for Hun Sen to do anything because the posts are permanent now. So in the end, Sam Rainsy was right to take out those temporary posts before they became permanent. If Sam Rainsy waited to file a report, those temporary posts would have become permanent as well, and Hun Sen would have washed his hands off the problem anyway.

From the images,the Yuon made border post resembles to Khmer old religious symbol in Hinduism,Linga and Yoni.
Other word from the bottom up view it appears like the US favorite finger signal in showing disapproval or erratic temper at someone face,Up yours!
So shall we say,UP Yours to YUON or Up Yours to Hun Xen?
OR yuon says to khmer "Up Yours" all the way to Tonle Sap.
