it should matters whose fault it was that cambodia was in this mess. it is all leaders responsibility to make sure to always do the right thing. blaming the past or whoever cannot change anything, really. i think any good leader shculd always initiate or start a good example so other good people can learn from, you know. and there ought to be more discussion about the terms limit rule in cambodia; otherwise, anybody in power can continue forever to be candidate for election, etc... can't cambodia borrow or adopt from the good old american presidential terms limit? if nothing else, cambodia should adopt this wonderful system of gov't from the USA, really. how else can cambodia help to solve differences and issues in gov't if they can't even themselves set good unprecedented example for others to follow. i think whoever set the first good example of great role of leaders without clinging on to power forever or what have you, will always be noted in cambodian history as the one who made a real, lasting, first difference in cambodia. if you love legacy and good name, all good leaders should start to set good example of leadership role for the country, really. otherwise, all same old same old, nothing new or different from one regime or one generation to the next, etc, etc, you know. someone good has to start it and sacrifice in good name and take initiative to do so. could be anyone capabl of making a real, lasting difference for cambodia once and for all, really. cambodia and its people deserve better than this. not right! leadership like life comes and goes, but cambodia will always be here eternally, really! let's do the right thing for cambodia. start somewhere, ok!
