Hun Sen let Youn invest in Cambodia with no money, Vietnamese companies invest in Cambodia without bring money to invest, what the Vietnamese did/do they just get land concession with dense woods from Hun Sen then Vietnamese companies started logging valuable wood and sold to Vietnam then they sold land concession to other. Why these Vietnamese invest only in Rotanak Kiri, Mondul Kiri, Kraits, Sting Trent, and Kampong Thom? Because of these provinces provide Vietnamese a lot of valuable hard woods.
After they log all valuable wood they did/do illegal logging in other areas outside their land concession.
