The vice chairman of the commission of Protection of Human Rights and Reception of Complaints of the National Assembly on Monday say he is disappointed that many land dispute cases are not resolved based on justice and laws because of corruption.
Commission vice chairman Cheam Channy of the Sam Rainsy opposition party says land disputes cases between the rich and the poor are on the rise because the commission could not be solved properly due to corruption and nepotism.
The commission of Protection of Human Rights and Reception of Complaints says in its 2006 report that it received 344 complaints on land disputes around the country compared to 259 cases in 2005.
Human rights Ad Hoc's director, Thun Saray says that the solution to land dispute complaints is stalled.
Prime Minister Hun Sen warned last week that land encroachers would dare to lead a coup d'Etat in the future, and they have power in the government.

Just to let you know that the sound "see" in Laotian means intercourse and "pee" in English means to urinate. So when you combine the two meanings of the words it means that you have intercourse and go to the bathroom, again and again. Is that why you like to make fun of an opposition party. I hope this meaning of the CPP does not apply to you.
By the way, you do not need to praise Mr. Cheam Chany who is the MP of the opposition party you make fun of all the times. He does not need your two headed snake barbaric philosophy of support.
