In cambodia there are two laws: one for the weak and the other for the powerful. The weak are not protected while the power are too well protected with immunity from prosecution and by a huge number of bodyguards. When the weak say or do something that displeases the powerful, they will be arrested and sent to jail or beaten or killed.
In the words of the Russian writer Fyodor Dostoevsky ( Crime and Punishment), the powerful are extraordinary people and the weak are simply ordinary people. The extraordinary people can and do kill a lot of people but they become heroes and are worshipped. They themselves or their supporters erect their memorials for people to admire and worship. The weak commit much lesser crimes and they will be put in jail or beaten to death (mob killing).
Is it not injustice? But injustice constitutes in itself disorder, the most unacceptable of all ("l’injustice constitue en soi un désordre, le plus inacceptable de tous").
