Kim Chhorn, senior program coordinator of the election watchdog Comfrel, went on "Hello VOA" Monday morning to discuss with callers election results and irregularities.
About 70 percent of the 7.8 million registered voters went to the polls, which were widely hailed as free and fair, although several parties complained to local and national election committees.
Official results will be posted April 24, but unofficially the Cambodian People's Party claimed to have swept nearly all the commune chief slots and many of the commune council seats.
