1- Some (very rich) Khmer and foreign capitalist companies (including a foreign Mafia) want to “invest” on lands once belonging to the late H.M. King Preah Monivong (at Kep-by-the-sea) and to me in my position as King (at Sihanoukville).
2- These lands, along with their ruined buildings, are not for sale and they will belong to our Nation and our People.
With our own respective budget, H.M King Preah N. Sihamoni and I will, respectively, build on the royal lands at Kep-by-the-sea and at Sihanoukville, concrete school buildings and concrete health centers which we will offer to the Khmer State, to the Khmer Nation and to the Khmer People.
