A source indicated on Friday that Abbot Tim Sakhorn – whom the Ministry of Interior claimed that the Cambodian authority sent him to Vietnam (to be jailed by the Vietnamese Army Zone 9 based on Motr Chrouk province or An Giang in Vietnamese) – was sent by the Vietnamese to be jailed in Takeo province. The source indicated that when he was first sent back on Thursday, Monk Tim Sakhorn was sent to the provincial hospital for health care.
Even though the source did not see Monk Tim Sakhorn himself, he claimed that the person who was escorted to the hospital looks similar and is about the same height as Monk Tim Sakhorn. Another noted factor was that when the person was escorted to the hospital, there were a lot of armed police and military police officers surrounding the hospital and, in particular, the hospital room where the alleged Monk Tim Sakhorn was taken to, the police force strictly forbade anyone from going in or out.
On Friday, the anonymous source said that the alleged Monk Tim Sakhorn was taken out of the hospital and sent to the provincial jail. The source indicated that the person who was seen put into a jail cell by the authority on Thursday night, had very short hair, a dark complexion, and slightly tall. The person jailed is suspected to be Monk Tim Sakhorn. Nevertheless, until Friday evening, no independent source could confirm the whereabouts of Monk Tim Sakhorn since he was brutally defrocked on 30 June 2007.
Meanwhile, the office of the “07 January” monk Tep Vong issued a clarification statement which contained a lot of nonsense. After one reading of this clarification letter, it is almost impossible to believe that this clarification came from a patriarch monk because some sentences sound like they were translated from Vietnamese, with a lot of spelling errors, all jumbled up, and even religious terms in two or three sentences contained spelling errors.
The clarification statement of the “07 January” patriarch Tep Vong started by saying: “The authorization for the defrocking (was done) according to the request of the law people [prosecutors?] and according to the application of Articles 37 and 43 of the Constitution of Cambodia, and his authorization to return back (to Kampuchea Krom or South Vietnam) was done according to the request made by the convict Tim Sakhorn dated 30 June 2007…”
It should be noted that Article 37 of the Constitution states that: “The right to strike and to non-violent demonstration shall be implemented in the framework of a law.” Whereas
Article 43 states that “Khmer citizens of either sex shall have the right to freedom of belief. Freedom of religious belief and worship shall be guaranteed by the State on the condition that such freedom does not affect other religious beliefs or violate public order and security.”
According to the Constitution, the clarification given by the “07 January” supreme patriarch Tep Vong in justifying the accusations leveled against Monk Tim Sakhorn and his defrocking, it was supreme patriarch Tep Vong who brutally violated the Cambodian constitution. This means that the “07 January” supreme patriarch and his gang spoke falsely on many issues in order to accused and defrock Monk Tim Sakhorn. Everybody knows that Buddhism is the state religion, and the case of monks deciding to strike or to demonstrate … is not the duty bestowed upon the “07 January” gang of monks belonging to Tep Vong to provide protection for, it is the police duty. Therefore, the clarifications provided by the “07 January” supreme patriarch claiming that Monk Tim Sakhorn was demonstrating against the friendship, unity between Cambodia and Vietnam … was an immoral act perpetrated by Monk Tim Sakhorn in the grand destruction of the “07 January” brand of Buddhism, is nothing more than a lie.

Very nasty Cambodia government acts as Youn servant by allowing Youn catched Abbot Tim Sakhon to Vietnamese(Youn)Army Zone 9 based on Motr Chrouk province or An Giang in Vietnamese!!!
Those actions showed very clear that CPP (Communist Pro youn Party) lead by ah Hun Sen (ah youn servant and ah criminal against humanity in Cambodia)
Human rights violations at their worst caught dead in the tract.
Obviously, they are trying to cover their tracts. We have to keep the pressure. We have to keep voicing violations by these communists. As we can see they are trying to cover their tracts. We have name and shame them.
I just hope they didn't too much damage to Sakhorn yet. They prolly gave him some electric shock or poison already. Now the viets will try to say that the khmer jailers did that.
I tell you all this only show again and again that VIETS have total control of the Hun Sen regime and total control of Cambodia. Sad but true.

First and foremost, I would like to proudly declare that I'm a true Buddhist; in fact, the tradition was customarily passed on to me (from my parents), therefore, I'm relatively and elatedly proud to practice Buddhism. Having said that, let me say this: I'm not afraid to curse at Tep Vong (this bastard does not deserve to be called “Patriarch” or “Supreme”). Further, I have two words for comrade Tep Vong: "Fuck you!" Your egregious and hideous complicity against "Khmer," particularly pregnable Khmer Khrom, is ignominiously and unacceptably disservice to our motherland. Moreover, remember, your days are numbered! You will be anathematized by our people.
Again, comrade Tep Vong, go fuck yourself. I have no respect for a monk like you.
You (Tep Vong), your demise is imminent, and when that occurs—I would like to spit on your grave on behalf of all Cambodian people!
May Buddha bless all Khmer people and its motherland!
Truly,
Fuck you, Tep Vong
calm down brother.
we all know that he's a brain washed old communist, uneducated and dumb. we also know that he didn't get that position by his hard work or skills, he was put there because of what he is. they need someone as an instrument to use to do their dirty works. he's perfect for that.
Som Oy Runteah Banh Ah Hochi Monk oy nhorb put puch.It is my course, tep vong.
