People who bought lands in the Kob Srov Lake from the Long Chhin Company, which the government accused of illegally filling the lake, have sued in court to demand back their money from this company. The Cambodia Daily reported that 25 people have sent in their complaints to the Kandal provincial court, suing the Long Chhin company of cheating them by selling them illegal lands, and they also demanded that the company owner be brought to face justice and return back their money. Phok Mara, president of the Kandal province court, said that the court is considering these cases. Nuth Sa An, under-secretary of state of the Ministry of Interior, told The Cambodia Daily on Tuesday that the government plans to sue the Long Chhin company also. He said that the government will sue this company, but it wants the people to sue this company first. The Long Chhin company cannot be contacted to obtain comments.

Cambodian folks this is very bad situations. Hun Sen and it government liable for this law suite ,the property lost and the attorney cost, but how Cambodian folks dare suing the Prime minister and it government or not. In the States of course your folks can. But your folks have to stand together with all folks that lost money with LONG CHIN company.
Long Chin company got the approval From Norodom Seihaknouk and Hun Sen to develop that area ,so Hun Sen order was absolutely wrong.
Together find the attorney from USA ,Canada or Australia put Hun Sen ass on the stick. stick.912
