All those cronies are already put in the cage...their vision is only money and money...when ask about the compliance with the national laws...they know nothing...their best excuses are to alleviate poverty and development...that these excuses are the exploitation of the poor and destruction of the national property.
As long as the developments will benefit these corrupt people, they don't care shit about the poor people and the nation. If they could already sign the border treaty with Vietnam at the expense of Cambodia's sovereignty they would have no hesitation with selling off the state properties as well.
