PHNOM PENH - A Russian tourist has been arrested in Cambodia for allegedly sexually abusing two young scavengers in the seaside resort town on Sihanoukville, police said yesterday. Nikita Belov, 26, was seized Tuesday at a guesthouse where he was found with one of his alleged victims, said Suon Sophan, deputy director of the town's anti-trafficking police unit.

Anybody who is caught abusing children should be forced to have a sexual intercouse with a prostitute who has HIV or AIDS.
