IN THE LAWSUIT OPPOSING HOR NAM HONG AND SAM RAINSY
Because Hor Nam Hong himself, confirming other sources, recognizes that he was in touch with Ieng Sary while at the Boeng Trabek prison under the Pol Pot regime (Rasmei Kampuchea, 23 April 2008), Sam Rainsy's lawyer today asked the Phnom Penh Municipal Court to allow Ieng Sary to be a witness in the defamation lawsuit filed against his client by Hor Nam Hong.

"Dear Khmer,
In any court of the world, Hor nam Hong cannot deny that he has involved with Khmer rouge at all. First he has join with Khmer rouge since 1970 under his capacity as a Diplomate ( a senior member). He was not not a small fighter but a laws maker of the regime. He has move to Cambodia in 1975 during the victory of his Khmer rouge group. he has been working in a training centre in Boeung Trabek among all Khmer Rouge members from abroad( All khmer rouge opponents in Cambodia were not allowed to live in Phnom Penh at all).During the purge of all Khmer Rouge against Pol Pot, he has promoted to the position of chef of the training centre by sending all his former chef Chau Seng and Vann Pinny who were against Pol Pot leadership to death. Therefore, it clearly demonstrated that Hor Nam Hong was a most important person of Pol Pot regime and has very closed relatioship with Pol Pot and Ieng sary to have survived from the purge and have been promoted to be the chef. During the Pol Pot regime, noone outside of Khmer Rouge members can be promoted to be the chef. They have classed people into two classes ; Prachea chon Chas and Prachea chon Thmey. Hor Nam Hong was fully qualified to be Prachea Chon Chas. I fully welcone any lawsuit against me for pointing my finger to this evil as a killer in Khmer Rouge regime. Offcourse he has his regret in Khmer Rouge regime but his suffering cannot compare to the suffering of those who were not Khmer Rouge people. I cannot immagine at what case, Mr David Meas can sue against other people around the world and expect to win for his client Hor Nam Hong at all. He has to prepare for a lot of monies to pay for his counter-claim."

ah Hor Nam Hong must be in jail with Noun Chea, Ieng Sary, Khieu Samphan in KR tribunal because ah Hor Nam Hong was the chief of Boeng Tra Baek prison during Khmer Rouge regime (1975-1979).
